What can I do to prevent bad detox symptoms?

If you are a highly toxic person that has been exposed to a lot of environmental toxins, taken heavy medication in the past or consuming a highly-processed diet, you could experience undesirable detox reactions. In a situation like this, you can reduce/ prevent detox symptoms by extending the detox to 42 days and halving the dose of the sachets.
