Healthy Salted Chocolate

 

Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp organic coconut oil
  •  5 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½-1 tsp nature sweet sugar substitute
  • 2 tbsp chopped goji berries
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • ½ tsp ground sea salt

Method

  1. Melt coconut oil in a pot on the stove and add the cacao and nature sweet. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Spoon mixture into silicon mould or an ice cube try
  3. Add the pistachios and goji berries and sprinkle with sea salt.
  4. Set in the fridge until hardened.
