
Chicken And Bean Lettuce Buns
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 onion diced
- 5 cloves garlic finely diced
- 50g green lentils
- 1 splash gluten free tamari
- 1 glug olive oil
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Boil green lentils and strain.
- Shallow fry onion and garlic in the olive oil for 2 minutes
- Add the chicken and cook until brown.
- Add lentils with a splash of gluten free tamari, stir and serve in cupped lettuce leaves.
