Almond Butter Fudge Paleo Style
If you are someone with a sweet tooth, this recipe is perfect for you. It will accommodate your sweet tooth minus the guilt, and is also rich in antioxidants and healthy fats.
Serves: Makes approx. 16 squares
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural almond butter
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- Pinch sea salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Line a square cakepan with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and put in the freezer.
- Freeze for several hours. Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares.
- Move the squares to a plastic bag or airtight container. Store in the freezer.
