Almond Butter Fudge Paleo Style

 

If you are someone with a sweet tooth, this recipe is perfect for you. It will accommodate your sweet tooth minus the guilt, and is also rich in antioxidants and healthy fats.

Serves: Makes approx. 16 squares

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural almond butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • Pinch sea salt

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until smooth.
  2. Line a square cakepan with baking paper. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and put in the freezer.
  3. Freeze for several hours. Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares.
  4. Move the squares to a plastic bag or airtight container. Store in the freezer.
